Maintaining and improving the “brand.”

We have leases on a couple of copiers from a local vendor. I am truly displeased with them and have been for some time. It’s just a case of their marketing not matching their actual business activity.

So the repair tech is here, and he comes in and fills out the work order for me to approve. It’s probably a 5th or 6th generation photocopy of the original form. That’s the level of care they have for their image and the level I should avoid in all my work.
